Prof. Yetty Komalasari Dewi delivered a lecture in the Commercial Law Certification Training on Bankruptcy and PKPU for first-instance judges of the General Courts across Indonesia, organised by the Mahkamah Agung Republik Indonesia through its Judicial Training Center.
On 4 November 2025, Prof. Yetty presented a session on Legal Entities, focusing on the forms of business organisations. The session covered incorporated entities, including limited liability companies, foundations, cooperatives, associations, and state-owned enterprises, as well as unincorporated entities such as civil partnerships, firms, limited partnerships, consortia, syndications, and joint operations. The lecture aimed to strengthen judges’ understanding of business entity structures in the context of commercial, bankruptcy, and PKPU cases.
