Prof. Yetty Komalasari Dewi participated as a speaker in a Focus Group Discussion on the Legal Aspects of Business Restructuring, held on 15 December 2025 in Jakarta. The discussion was organised to enhance the understanding of officials from the Direktorat Jenderal Pajak on corporate restructuring actions and their legal implications.
The FGD focused on key legal issues surrounding business restructuring, including the transfer of rights and obligations, the validity of legal documents, and legal compliance in corporate restructuring processes. The forum provided an opportunity to deepen institutional understanding of the legal dimensions of corporate actions within the context of taxation and regulatory oversight.
