Rosewitha Irawaty

Rosewitha Irawaty is a Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia, since 2003. She has more than 20 years of extensive experience in dealing with legal issues in Law of Economics. Irawaty’s area of expertise includes corporate, commercial/trade, capital market, investment and financial institutions. Ms. Irawaty earned her Bachelor Degree in Law at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia, and her Master of Legal Institutions at the Graduate of School of Law, University of Wisconsin, Madison, United States of America. At the moment Ms. Irawaty is registered as a Ph. D Candidate at Department of the Business Law and European Law, Graduate School of Law. University of Groningen, the Netherlands, and projecting the completion of her doctoral research in the near future.
