Legal Center for International Trade and Investment Law (LCITI) was initially established as a research working group within the Faculty of Law Universitas Indonesia in 2014 that concerns the issues of international economic law. In 2020, the center was formally organised as a special unit under Djokosoetono Research Center, Faculty of Law Universitas Indonesia. LCITI envisions to be the prominent center of excellence in trade and investment law in Indonesia and the Southeast Asian region.
LCITI has worked with various international and national agencies in carrying out research and activities in trade and investment law, such as with Nuffic, Indonesian Ministry of Investment/Investment Coordinating Board, Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Trade, as well as private sectors.
