Prof. Yetty Komalasari Dewi participated as a speaker in a Focus Group Discussion entitled “Governance of Sovereign Wealth Funds: Temasek, Khazanah, and Danantara,” organised by the Himpunan Konsultan Hukum Sektor Keuangan on 4 June 2025.

The discussion focused on the governance structures of sovereign wealth funds in Southeast Asia, including Temasek, Khazanah Nasional Berhad, and Danantara Indonesia. The session examined how differing legal, institutional, and political contexts shape the governance frameworks of these state-owned investment institutions across jurisdictions. Prof. Dr. Yetty Komalasari Dewi shared critical perspectives on the legal challenges facing Indonesia in developing sovereign wealth fund governance that is both credible and effective, particularly in ensuring institutional integrity and long-term public trust.
