Prof. Yetty Komalasari Dewi presented a paper entitled “Commercial Law in Indonesia: Past, Present, and Future” at the 10th Anniversary of the Centre for Asian Legal Studies, Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore, on 11 November 2022.

The presentation examined the development of Indonesian commercial law from its foundational legal framework to recent reforms and policy responses during the COVID-19 period. It also addressed future directions in responding to commercial development and contemporary legal challenges, situating Indonesian commercial law within an evolving economic and regulatory landscape.
